From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only were we greeted with a lovely welcome basket from the deli, but Irene, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. the room exceeded our expectations in every way - from the cozy sitting area with a dining table to the soundproofed rooms that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a wonderful convenience. the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, along with the electric kettle for our morning tea, made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to this exceptional hotel.
